Princeton has been funded by Plus Ventures, one of the leading private equity investor focused on high growth new generation Indian companies. Mr. Aman Batra, Executive Director Mr. D.S. Rathore, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Sanjiv Bansal, General Manager S.P. Bansal, Chairman Mr. Bansal brings vast experience of over 40 years in various capacities in connection with execution, planning and management of various construction related projects in government and private sectors located in India and abroad. Some of Mr. Bansal’s select past project experiences include: Mahatma Gandhi Institute project of 200,000 sft. in Mauritius from 1973 to 1977; Key participation in construction of Jawaharlal Nehru stadium for Asiad 1982; Construction of office building for a multinational US based IT company covering 22,000 sft. for the company in record time. Mr. Bansal is also a director in Wegmans builders and developers Pvt. Ltd., a company involved in construction and development activities. Princeton Realtors and Wegmans have entered into a Joint Venture for real estate development projects in India. The Wegmans group is on of the fastest growing groups with diversified interest in agriculture, plantations, financial services, real estate, construction, and IT. Aman Batra, Executive Director A finance professional with 12+ years of experience in real estate, private equity, and consulting areas in US and India. Over the past 5 years Aman has managed multiple development projects in India and generated significant return, in excess of 45% annualized. His functional areas of experience are spread across the value chain of the real estate development industry in India including business development, project financing, project structuring, due diligence, marketing and sales. He has also been instrumental in structuring of joint ventures and agreements with third party developers and financial investors for participation in various capacities both at the project and company levels. During his professional career Aman has held senior executive positions with Ernst & Young and Painewebber Incorporated. Aman holds a BBA from Babson College, USA and a Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics, U.K. D.S. Rathore, Chief Operating Officer 20+ years of relevant experience, with a detailed oriented and on the grounds feel of the Indian Realty market. Experience in various sates and cities across India, Rathore has a good eye for identification of quality development proposals, backed by basic localized economic and development profiles. He has held various senior executive positions with Landbase India Ltd. (An ITC group company) and the Silverglade Group including management, development and promotion of exclusive properties like Laburnam, Classic Golf Resort, The Peach Tree, The Ivy and Tarudhan Valley Golf Homes. Rathore is an alumnus of St. Stephens college in New Delhi. Mr. Sanjiv Bansal, General Manager Over 15+ years of rich hands-on experience of implementing several construction and development projects across all asset classes and sizes. An operations and on-ground relationships expert with experience in project management, strategy implementation, operational procedures and control. Sanjiv has been involved with multiple land acquisition transactions in various parts of India and an has an extensive network of relationships with land owners, land aggregators, intermediaries, and specialist firms in the industry. Mr. Jitender Pruthee, Head Finance A Qualified Finance and Audit Officer with 10+ years of experience Finance and Audit Control. He has been instrumental in building the requisite discipline for all real estate initiatives on a professional platform defined by procedures and policies. Jitender has led the legal and regulatory procedures for all real estate development activities under Princeton. He is well versed with all the requisite norms and building codes of key northern states and also at the national level. Jitender carries a good network with most leading financial institutions like HDFC, ICICI, and ABN Amro Bank and also manages all debt financing proposal for in-house developments. Jitender is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University. He was awarded a CA (Inter) from ICAI and a certificate course in International Finance by IIT, Delhi. Mr. Vivek Srivastava, Head-Sales & Marketing 21+ years of diversified experience with Real Estate Business Development, FMCG and White Goods Product. Vivek has lead various departments with well known Indian brand (Bajaj) , MNC (Whirlpool), an Export House and Import Substitution Manufacturing Unit for Indian Telecom Industry, in the past . Other than the Sales & Marketing division as core area of activities , he has successfully managed Supply Chain Management , IT Support & Infrastructure and Credit Control & Risk Analysis in his eventful professional achievements. Vivek moved into Real Estate Business Development in 1998 and since 2000 has been actively involved with various leading Developers in the Delhi-NCR Market. Based at Gurgaon, he has done major projects in commercial and residential properties of DLF, UNITECH, Eros, Sahara, MGF, Vipul and JMD etc. Vivek has done Masters in Business from ICFAI, Hyderabad after his B.com and M.com from Allahabad University . |

Our focus in the commercial segment, so far, has been on medium sized developments in Tier 1 and Tier 2 urban centers. Going forward, we are actively undertaking projects in upcoming commercial / business districts in and around North India. Our current focus area spans across Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kanpur and Ludhiana. Our development profile includes various building formats such as corporate offices, research & development centers, IT parks, and industrial parks. Our participation in the residential segment is structured around providing lifestyle oriented quality residential facilities. Development formats that are currently in our focus include: lifestyle based leisure resorts, second homes, vacation homes, and gated integrated townships. Also, as a niche within this sector, we are focused on development of affordable housing communities for senior citizens. These dwellings are targeted in the suburban regions of large Metros cities in India.
